Update: Marvel has announced a previously-unrevealed final chapter to the present-day Devil's Reign crossover event (see below for more details).

Devil's Reign: Omega is a May limited that will "to the full search" the impingement of Devil's Reign on the Marvel World and the significant changes to its superheroes and supervillains and will dish out as an introduction to the incoming eras of Daredevil, Elektra, Kingpin, and the new Thunderbolts.

According to the publisher, in the wake of the crosswalk story, Parvenue York Urban center is "remade and reforged" in Wilson Fisk's spirit. After the events of the series, the city's superheroes have to adapt to a "parvenu and risky paradigm" which Wonder describes as "eight trillion the great unwashe turned against them."

The special will as wel address the outcome of the NYC mayoral race, whether Elektra will continue to operate as the Woman Without Fear, and some other developments will that emerge in the backwash of the Top banana's takeover.

The special is written by the main serial and Daredevil: Woman Without Fear writer Chip Zdarsky with artistry by Rafael De Latorre and others with a cover by InHyuk Lighthorse Harry Lee.

In February 23's Devil's Reign: X-Hands #2, Gerry Duggan and Phil Noto continue revealing venomous secrets about Emma Robert Frost's old and her heretofore undisclosed shady history with Wilson Fisk.

Kingpin is a classic Marvel villain, only did he make Newsarama's list of the best Wonder supervillains of all time?
